Great atmosphere , good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food, excellent view from junior king suite. Helpful and pleasant staff.

We we upgraded to a large room with an amazing view of the palace and corniche and a huge bathroom/shower, very clean in all areas. The room service food was very good and the Rosemary cafe specially made me a salad and delivered to the room which was amazing. The staff helpful and polite.

We were made to feel very special by the staff. Mr Bhavesh in particular was very helpful we were so pleased with his professionalism and politeness. Our room was exceptional with an amazing view of the emirates palace within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had many fun activities accessible by the beach built on the complex with jetskis, jet cars etc which were all very fun and made our experience memorable. The city view was beautiful of a night when all lit up. The hotel staff prepared a surprise display for my birthday thanks to mr Bhavesh which was also amazing. Defiantly worth a 5 star rating!

The very beautiful lobby with Arabesque architecture exquisite interiors. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to thank most of all Chynara at the front desk for providing us an impeccable service from check in to check out. The luxurious amenities, amazing views from our room, delightful breakfast buffet and captivating atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. A delightful escape that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a truly wonderful stay!

I booked a room for my elderly parents for two nights, then they needed to extend for another night. The lady in the reception told them the rate will be higher and it's cheaper to book through a booking site. Given it was on the same day so I could only find a smaller room within the same price range. The receptionist (unfortunately I don't have her name), was very generous and helpful to let them stay in the same room which was bigger. The staff were very helpful. The room itself was great, clean, spacious, and the view was great. The restaurant in the hotel was brilliant with very high quality and delicious food, you get a discount if you are staying in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well. Again the staff was very helpful, on the last day, the let my parent to keep their luggage in the hotel after checkout while they spent the day in Abu Dhabi. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Palace which is great to visit. A big thank you for the staff.
