I booked a room for my elderly parents for two nights, then they needed to extend for another night. The lady in the reception told them the rate will be higher and it's cheaper to book through a booking site. Given it was on the same day so I could only find a smaller room within the same price range. The receptionist (unfortunately I don't have her name), was very generous and helpful to let them stay in the same room which was bigger. The staff were very helpful. The room itself was great, clean, spacious, and the view was great. The restaurant in the hotel was brilliant with very high quality and delicious food, you get a discount if you are staying in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent as well. Again the staff was very helpful, on the last day, the let my parent to keep their luggage in the hotel after checkout while they spent the day in Abu Dhabi. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Palace which is great to visit. A big thank you for the staff.

First time visit. We were taken in by the grandeur of the building and the ambiance. Served by a team that was exceptional and very hospitable. From early check in help from Rodette to late check out the next day through Marcel and in between looked after by FIA and Dee, me and my group of 4 ladies were all well served. The room with Palace view as well as the Marina view were absolutely fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and all amenities were provided. The morning breakfast was sumptuous with so much variety that we could not manage to taste everything even though we spent almost 2 hours there. The beach was a bit small but the swimming pool was a good size. To sum it up, a great place for old and young to visit for a brilliant staycation.

We were made to feel very special by the staff. Mr Bhavesh in particular was very helpful we were so pleased with his professionalism and politeness. Our room was exceptional with an amazing view of the emirates palace within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had many fun activities accessible by the beach built on the complex with jetskis, jet cars etc which were all very fun and made our experience memorable. The city view was beautiful of a night when all lit up. The hotel staff prepared a surprise display for my birthday thanks to mr Bhavesh which was also amazing. Defiantly worth a 5 star rating!

The very beautiful lobby with Arabesque architecture exquisite interiors. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to thank most of all Chynara at the front desk for providing us an impeccable service from check in to check out. The luxurious amenities, amazing views from our room, delightful breakfast buffet and captivating atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. A delightful escape that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a truly wonderful stay!

Our rooms had a wonderful view of the Emirates Palace and the Presidential Palace. The rooms itself were spacious and comfy. Breakfast buffet was superb. On top of that, the staff were very warm and helpful. Special thanks to David, Fia and Rhodette.
